The hotel's location in Mestre is very good, close to the walking area, and nice restaurants. The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms were clean, the cleaning lady was also very nice. Breakfast was also good.
You could hear people walking in the floor because of the thin walls, but it was not disturbing too much.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Since it is close to Venice they are well aware of that area.
The bathroom was quite small and the walls thin and could therefore be quite noisy (depending on the neighbours and the room).

I loved the breakfast served right to the table! The room was cozy, but the bathroom was much smaller than the pictures suggested. Still, I would definitely go back again!

The staff were very helpful and gave us plenty of information on how to get to Venice via the bus service. They were also able to issue the bus tickets which made the whole experience even more enjoyable and hassle free.

Excellent value place, it has knowledgeable staff with an excellent customer service. They serve plenty of meals, the food I tried was good. When I am in Mestre, I like staying here.

It was just a top selection for a brief pit stop in Mestre with value for money. I enjoyed fresh cakes and plenty of coffee at breakfast, definitely a highlight. Be sure to check the bus schedule to Venice before heading out!

The location was super convenient for hopping onto the bus to Venice, which only took about 20 minutes. We loved exploring the local restaurants, the food was delicious! The staff were friendly and helpful. Don't miss out on trying the cozy cafes nearby.
One downside was the bathroom situation. The shower area was smaller than expected, a bit challenging to use comfortably.
